YZONE - Youth, Teens, Families, Seniors
The YZONE is a prototype for integrating technology and exercise into a regular program primarily focused on improving the health of young people. Interactive fitness and exercise gaming is featured so that participants can engage in technology-assisted games that simulate different activities. The YZONE Interactive Fitness Center is in alignment with the YMCA's mission of building strong spirit, mind, and body and in response to the declining health patterns we are seeing in America's youth today.
