This meditation playlist is designed to re-focus your mind to set the tone for your day. You can listen to this playlist during your yoga practice, before bed, or even during your commute.  

If meditating seems like an intimidating practice, you can use this step-by-step meditation guide: 

  1. While seated, close your eyes 
  1. Take 3 deep breaths 
  1. For 30 seconds, focus on what you can hear 
  1. For 30 seconds, focus on what you can see 
  1. For 30 seconds, focus on what you can smell 
  1. For 30 seconds, focus on what you can taste 
  1. For 30 seconds, focus on what you feel on your skin 

Psalm 19:14 “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer.”
