This playlist is designed to put listeners into a positive mindset in the weight room and motivate them to achieve their goals.  Crank these tunes to motivate both you and your spotter, or if you prefer to get your weight training in at Strength Train Together you can listen to this before class to get you in the right mindset!  

Don’t forget we are in week 2 of the ALL IN Group Exercise challenge! You can earn extra points by bringing a friend to class. Be sure to stop by the front desk and ask about referral cards.
