MISSION
To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
EQUITY STATEMENT
Together, we work to ensure that everyone—regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender identity, ideology, income, national origin, race, or sexual orientation—is treated equitably.
VISION STATEMENT
We do this by building inclusive and joyful environments where all people can reach goals, make friends, and connect to a cause greater than themselves.
FIND OUR PATH FORWARD | 2022-2024 Strategic Plan
The Y created our strategic plan by engaging a variety of voices to co-create the plan. Through their input and perspectives, 10 goals emerged. Theses goals are big and lofty and will require constant iteration so we formed six internal teams made up of organizational leaders, front line staff, and board members who will be adapting and shaping the work along the way. In this way we are working to design a new organizational structure and culture that allows us to adapt our approaches and innovate as needed.
