Autism Learning Program
The building block of the Autism Learning Center is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer two intensive ABA-based classrooms at the Autism Learning Center. Within our classrooms, we provide 2:1 client-to-therapist ratios, regular consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and learning and development of skills continuously throughout the day and across all environments. Daily stations include arts and crafts, sensory, fine and gross motor skills, social, circle time, stories, and outdoor play. Each week your child will also have the opportunity to swim.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach comprised of many different techniques that focus on the laws of behavior. It is used to increase and build socially desired behaviors and decrease socially unacceptable behaviors which may be harmful to or have a negative impact on a child’s ability to learn.
