Group fitness classes at the Gamble-Nippert YMCA in Westwood / Western Hills are are included for free with a Y membership. Reservations open 48 hours before class time and can be made on the MyY App or by logging in to your member account. Classes are a great way to achieve goals, make friends, and find a supportive crew!
