Way-to-go Elizabeth Young! Elizabeth (pictured in the red shirt) is one of our newest Group Exercise Instructors and is already making big news. Elizabeth entered a 6 week National R.I.P.P.E.D. 2 Fit Challenge and won! She was just recognized at the big REVIVAL Conference in California for her hard work, dedication and success for following the R.I.P.P.E.D. workout routines, the diet plan and reaching her health and wellness goals. As part of her prize, she will be in one of the upcoming National R.I.P.P.E.D. videos so be on the lookout for her. She already had her practice in front of the camera because Liz Bonus just interviewed her about the C.C. YMCA's involvement in the weekly Park Workouts at the Buena Vista Park in Newport. Elizabeth will tell you that R.I.P.P.E.D. classes really do work. Are you wanting to try a class? Do you want to know more about how resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and diet can change your life? We currently offer 7 classes a week, so take your pick!
