Pillars for Success
Community Service
Each teen board member will participate in at least two community service projects; at least one of those to be planned by the teen board as a group!
Leadership Development
During the year, each teen board member will receive mentorship and develop professional skills. We’ll do this through team-building, guest speakers, skillbuilding workshops, and leadership enrichment!
- Achieve: Lead projects and initiatives while building professional skills and using branding, storytelling, and creative strategy to drive real impact.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with peers, staff, and community partners to strengthen teamwork, communication, and lasting mentorship connections.
- Feel a Sense of Belonging: Contribute your ideas to meaningful programs, see your impact, and be recognized as a valued member of a youth-driven team.
