The association board is elected by the Electoral Council and is tasked with providing strong leadership to the association, helping steer the organization toward meeting its strategic goals, while strengthening the mission and purpose of the Y. Association board members attend regular meetings with YMCA senior staff, provide leadership on numerous task teams, and attend special trainings.
