Swim Lessons & Aquatic Fitness In Cincinnati

Swimming is an important skill that enables kids to have fun, keep active, and stay safe in the water. Blue Ash YMCA offers group swim lessons at multiple levels to help new swimmers develop their abilities before learning more complicated strokes. We also offer 1-on-1 private swim lessons at our Y.

Skilled swimmers of all ages who want to further hone and test their skills can register for the Blue Ash Dolphins competitive swim team. Adult members may also participate in our master swimming program, where they can work toward fitness or competition goals in an encouraging group space.

If you’ve been finding traditional workouts too intense or get overheated easily, you may want to check out group water fitness classes at the Blue Ash YMCA. These low-impact aquatic exercises will help you stay fit without placing too much strain on your muscles and joints.

Anyone age 16+ can learn life-saving skills at the Blue Ash YMCA. Our lifeguard training course includes certifications in life support, oxygen administration, CPR/AED, and first aid.
