Big news—Les Mills classes are expanding and will be available at all 10 YMCA of Greater Cincinnati locations! Whether you’ve taken these classes before or are excited to try something new, this expansion means more access, more energy, and more opportunities to move with your community.

Members are invited to experience Les Mills during a special Launch Day on January 3, designed as a try-it opportunity to explore the classes, feel the music, and find the workout that’s right for you.

Registration for ongoing Les Mills classes beginning January 5 opens on December 27.

📍 Campbell County YMCA

  • 7:45–8:45am: BODYCOMBAT™ **New! (A high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired workout, blending Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu to burn calories & relieve stress.)

  • 9–10am: BODYPUMP™

  • 10:15–11:15am: BODYBALANCE™

📍 All Other 9 YMCA Branches

  • 8–8:30am: BODYPUMP™

  • 8:45–9:15am: BODYBALANCE™

  • 9:30–10am: BODYPUMP™

  • 10:15–10:45am: BODYBALANCE™

BODYPUMP™ by Les Mills

In BODYPUMP™, instructors coach you through proven movements using barbells and hand weights, all set to energizing music. With expert guidance and a supportive group environment, you’ll be challenged to push further than you might on your own.

This is strength training that builds confidence and connection—helping you achieve more, together.


BODYBALANCE™ by Les Mills

Movement that creates space for balance and belonging.

BODYBALANCE™ blends yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates into a flowing workout that improves flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Guided by calming instruction and an inspiring soundtrack, participants bend, stretch, and breathe through movements that support both body and mind.

This class offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded—no matter where you’re starting.
