BUILD STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS

CINCINNATI, OHIO (APRIL 11, 2019) – Presenting sponsor Delta, along with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, Great Parks of Hamilton County and Fifth Third Bank invite all local children and their families to a free afternoon of fun at Parky’s Farm, located at 10073 Daly Road in Cincinnati, on Saturday, April 27, 2019.   Healthy Kids Day® will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., offering fun and creative healthy living activities for the whole family.

Healthy Kids Day® is a national YMCA initiative to improve the health and well being of kids, offering lots of opportunities to inspire them, exploring fun new activities that will help stimulate both their minds and their bodies. From achieving goals, to making friends and developing strong character, the Y supports youth from cradle to career.

Among the many free activities available at Healthy Kids Day® 2019: climbing wall, Bengals Play60 sports zone, slack line, gymnastics, hula hooping, face painting, bounce houses, wagon rides, visits with local professional sports mascots, opportunities to interact with farm animals, wagon rides, face painting, soccer and dance classes plus a special performance by kids musician Grammy-nominee Zak Morgan.  Local firefighters , police and military will be there to meet you, along with service dogs.  Enjoy free healthy snacks and opportunities to play fun games and win prizes. A live DJ will be spinning all your favorite songs and there will be vendors offering free activities and giveaways to enjoy all summer long.

Additional partners for the event include: Kroger, First Financial Bank, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, ProSource, WKRC-TV, WKRQ-Radio, WUBE-Radio, Cincinnati Bengals Play 60 and many more.
