For the past few weeks, we have been highlighting our Volunteer of the Year winners from our 2023 Keystone Awards. Today, we introduce you to Jack Goetting. Jack volunteers as a soccer coach, a basketball coach, and a pickleball instructor.
Jack’s impact on the lives of our youth is immeasurable. Even though Jack is not a parent, he is heavily involved with our youth sports programs and truly takes the time to build into each individual child he coaches. He creates relationships, inspires them to do their best, and gives them a place to belong. Parents rave about him and often request months in advance for their child to be on his team, even before the season is posted. Our Pickleball program has grown thanks to Jack taking the time to be an ambassador to new players and showing them the ropes. He is an all-around great guy who cares about our community and by the way, he makes the absolute best cookies and brings them to the staff just to make them smile. Thank you, Jack, for being a positive role model for the kids and for all of us!
